Utica Rome Speedway is to open this week. I don't see that happening. We have snow and the dirt track must be a mess. After Fonda Speedway and the crash fest I would stay home if I was a driver this weekend.
Lets go racing.
Hope I don't have to get my snowmobile out again :-)
